Requesting Permission for Student Events (Rallies)
The student council, board of representatives, clubs, etc., shall prepare an event plan or an approval request form for a student event (rally), have it signed by a student representative, and submit it to the Student Welfare Team at least 5 days before a scheduled event date in order to obtain approval. Furthermore, both the college student council and department student councils shall first obtain approval from the college dean or department head before submitting it to the Student Welfare Team (located on the 2nd floor of the Student Union Building).
Posts
An original copy of a post shall be submitted to the Student Welfare Team and can only be posted after receiving approval from the Dean of the Student Career Development Department.
Using Bulletin Boards
General matters related to campus life for students, such as announcements, presentations, notifications, and other important information, are posted on bulletin boards located on the university's website and throughout the campus. Therefore, students are encouraged to regularly check these bulletin boards in order to stay informed about their school life and receive timely updates.

Student Seminar Room
To reserve a seminar or meeting space at Millcocol in the Millennium Hall, please fill out the 'Seminar Room Usage Application' form available at the Student Welfare Team Office. After completing the form, submit it to the office to finalize your reservation. Spaces are available during the semester from 9 AM to 10 PM. Please note that usage is limited to a maximum of 2 hours per session. (If you want to reserve a seminar room in the library, please make your reservation directly at the library.)
Female Student Lounge
We operate a Female Student Lounge to provide a resting space for female students. It is located on the 3rd floor of the Student Union building. The operating hours are from 9 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays during the semester.

This insurance covers the school for legal liability arising from accidental injuries to students and third parties resulting from use of the school's facilities and operations. Additional Special Insurance for In-Hospital Treatment Expenses Personal: 2 million KRW per person, 2 million KRW per accident This insurance covers medical expenses for injuries sustained by students due to their own negligence, both on- and off-campus, in places related to school activities. -
